Libro que presenta los elementos del Registro para la Localización y Caracterización de las Personas con Discapacidad - RLCPD en relación con las acciones para la inclusión social de esta población. Texto que aborda la descripción conceptual sobre discapacidad, la prevalencia de la discapacidad en el departamento de Boyacá, el referente teórico de los marcos de referencia para la acción y orientaciones para el uso del registro con base en los marcos.
